Making a Booking

You can use the contact form on this page to book Clovercliff holiday cottage and to make enquiries. Bookings can also be made by calling Liz on 01626 854869 or 07909 613589.

Bookings made directly with Liz, or via simplyowners.net are not subject to commission. Clovercliff cottage is also listed on additional websites that do charge commission.

We suggest you check charges carefully when deciding who to book with.

Please feel free contact Liz directly on the phone number above, or via this site’s contact form if you would prefer not to pay additional commission when booking.

Please be aware that we only take bookings in weekly increments, between April and October (inclusive), we can’t accept part week bookings during this period.

Changeovers, Booking Deposits and Returns
Changeovers

The usual changeover day for the cottage is Saturday.

We ask that you arrive no sooner than 3pm and depart by 10am at the end of your holiday to allow our team to clean the cottage and change bedding and linen

Deposits

A 25% deposit is payable on booking Clovercliff holiday cottage. The remainder of costs are due 30 days before the period booked.

If you book 30 days or less in advance of your holiday, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

All funds must have cleared the bank before taking up occupation.

Deposit Returns

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will have 100% of their deposit returned ONLY if their holiday period is subsequently booked by another party.

Balance payment is due 30 days before arrival. If holidaymakers cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll have 50% of their deposit returned.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival date, will not be provided with a refund of deposit.
